Trade fairs and expos

An interactive map for your trade fair

Hundreds of exhibitors, several halls, a program of talks. Let visitors search an exhibitor, walk straight to the booth and never miss a session.

What gets in the way

  • Exhibitor lists change until opening day

Booths move and late exhibitors join after the catalogue went to print.

  • Visitors get lost between halls

A large floor plan on a wall does not help someone looking for one booth among hundreds.

  • Exhibitors ask for visibility

They want to be found, and they want to know how many people looked them up.

How a live map helps

  • Search any exhibitor

Booth numbers, categories by sector and search by name, on a map visitors carry in their pocket.

  • Talks and demos on the map

Every session pinned to its room or booth, with a timeline of what is starting now.

  • Changes up to the last minute

Add or move exhibitors right before the doors open and update the live map in one click.

  • Data to share with exhibitors

See the most opened booths and sources, and export the numbers to CSV.

Questions

Can I use my own floor plan?

The map is built on OpenStreetMap: you place each booth on it and can rotate and frame the view to match your halls.

Can I import hundreds of exhibitors?

Yes. The AI assistant can add points in bulk from a list or a photo of your plan.

How long can the map stay online?

An Event plan keeps the map on its plan for 90 days, from the promo to the week after the fair; then it stays live on Free. Big fairs take Enterprise, priced for the venue.
