Wine festivals

A live map for your wine festival

Dozens of producers along the streets, a glass in one hand and the phone in the other. Help visitors find the winery they came for, and the tastings they did not know about.

What gets in the way

  • The printed list runs out

Producers change the night before and the flyer is already printed. Visitors ask the volunteers where stand 23 went.

  • Crowds bunch at the entrance

Without a map in hand, people stop at the first benches and never reach the far end of the street.

  • Tastings start half empty

Guided tastings and masterclasses are announced on a poster no one sees once the event is running.

How a live map helps

  • Every producer, numbered like your flyer

Wineries by region, food stands and services in their category colors, with search by name.

  • Tastings on the map

Each masterclass sits on its stand and shows as on now, so the room fills up.

  • Last minute changes in seconds

Move a producer or add one, update the live map, and every visitor sees it at once.

  • Numbers for your sponsors

Cookieless counts of visitors and the most opened stands, to show partners next year.

The plan that fits

Most organizers pick Event M / Event L with the Social pack: from €224 per edition, on the plan for 90 days.

Questions

Can I import my producers list?

Yes. Send the flyer photo or the list to the AI assistant and it places each producer on the street; you check and publish.

Does the map work with a weak connection?

Open the map while connected. Areas already viewed remain available offline.

Can the map list producers by region?

Yes. Categories have their own name, icon and color, so you can group wineries by region, by style or by hall.
